First time in CR and renting a house near CRYC. I decided to take a morning class and was the best decision. Lindsay was very welcoming and friendly, described the class well and guided us through an intense power yoga class. Class ended with a nice touch in the form of a cold wet towel to cool off, recenter and make the most of the time here. While the class was not easy, and I am not a yogi, she gently pointed out the modifications available. Excellent class, non judgemental enviorenment and great teacher. Highly recommend it!
